Our microarray facility provides state-of-the-art instrumentation and protocols for gene expression analysis and genomic occupancy profiling. The facility includes a complete Affymetrix microarray working station consisting of a GeneChip Hybridization Oven, a GeneChip Fluidics Station and a GeneChip Scanner. The facility provides a platform for transcriptome as well as genome-wide protein-DNA interaction studies. The facility also provides instrumentation and protocols for quality assessment of DNA and RNA samples. A robot is available for in vivo phenotyping and liquid handling.
The customer usually sends total RNA. The facility takes over the complete processing procedure including sample labeling, array hybridization, washing, staining and scanning.
